I've been riding apache rtr 160 since 2012 .. and till now my engine is very smooth and the initial is almost the same .no engine works done till now and completed the 1lakh km mark. Apache is a devil in his segment ❤
I have apache RTR 160 2016 model.. it's amazing pickup.. with milage 45 to 48 kmpl.. any bike could not compare in 160 range it's top speed is 125 kmph.
Being an apache owner for 6 years i think no one can compete rtr160 in this segment , beast by acceleration , looking and areodyamics are marvellous ,average is also good. rtr is a really fun bike , i am not taking side of tvs , but seriously i always excited to ride . Only 2 things should be change, it should be dual channel ABS and USD forks that's it thank you , jai hind.
Mera bs6 wala rtr hai. Usme vibration kam hai. Aur liqui moly ya motul jaisa achha engine oil use karne se vibration aur kam hota hai. Hero pasand hai vai ko jada shyad. To uus taraf gaye.
This is Apache 2v beast bring the 4v I have personally took test drive of Xtreme 160r , it's not worthy Kind of impractical design, rear seat was like h hi kyu. So please youtubers stop promoting Xtreme My height is 5.3 and I find Apache 160 4v more comfortable for me rather then Xtreme Although Xtreme was my dream bike and I have been waiting for it but after I took test drive I was not satisfied with the bike.
So the only thing you didn't like was design. Right? But that's subjective. Also we all agree that power is comparatively less. Well so is price. And don't forget better mileage, which most people in India matter.

I have Apache bro my first bike is Apache rtr160 yellow colour muje extreme isliye achi lagi kyuki wo comfortable hai and or uske suspension khas karke for city purpose although Apache is very good in term of performance both bike are good

Apache ke takkar me avi koi bije nahi hai aur pichle 2008 se leke ab tak nahi aya hai ...18 saal ho chuka hai phir isko koi nahi takkar de raha hai....Thoda vibration ka prblm nahi to ye bike india ke top level me hota avi v hai lekin aur bhi jada accha hota byyy apachi ....
Bro Apache ke saath other company ki bike racing karte ho too mere ko test match jaisa lagta hai but pulsar ke sath karte ho too final World Cup ke match jaisa lagta hai 😀
Lol that Apache could not be seen in the frame😂. You cannot take on tvs in terms of speed in the price range. And no wonder hero might discontinue this after sometime as they always do when they could not sale their bikes
Don’t know if you have noticed that Apache reaches red line (in RPM) At such high speed … whereas Xtreme’s engine stays within the limit …..that shows the engine reliability which hero has programmed And also the bike is new for such tests …
Bro rtr ka matlab hotahain Racing throttle response Short pickup is best rtr. Hero a66a bike hain but 4,5 mahine bad bekar hojata hain. Rtr is all time best 😗😗😗😗

The Apache has lower profile rear tyres compared to the hero , even tho the power figures are similar the Apache has an advantage because of the lower profile tyre size where as the hero will need to churn out extra torque in order to make up for the acceleration because of the wider profile tyre .
Like you said, bhagaane ke liye toh nahi hain ye bikes aur rtr mei vibrations sirf ekdum high revs par hoti hai toh you'll rarely feel any vibes. Leaving vibrations aside, the rtr has more power its entire rev range compared to the other one so i reckon it'll be more fun on the roads!
