Next Wednesday, on the 30th, I'll release the first part of a submarine guide. Can't say when the next parts will arrive yet - this is a big thing I'm working on, going to take the time I need on it.

@@damainwilliams5189 I remember me and my friends being an ABB (Anti Broomstick Battery), basically 2 guys with mini guns shooting at hostiles and 1 with a rocket launcher to get them to spin. fun
That submarine is so great on so many levels. Ammo resupply? Check. Free snacks? Check. Sonar for the occasional extra cash? Check. Built-in car and copter storage? Check. Guided missiles? ‘Murica, f yeah! Still, it is a nice change of pace to see griefers use something else than Mk.2’s. Almost gives me back my faith in humanity. Almost.
the submarine may be my favorite addition to the game, even more than smugglers run, which introduced so many awesome air vehicles. it has introduced the second longest range attack option in the game (behind the orbital cannon and the rc car, if you consider it a weapon) and it’s entirely free, minus the upfront cost of the missile station. some may just call it bitchy, but i find attack from afar and then hiding in the depths so damn fun. orb protection, long range, off the radar, this thing has it all
Vulcan 〰 annoying, maybe so. practical? entirely. it’s fun as hell to take the game at a slow pace, compared to the laser tryhards pumping monster energy and cocaine flying around the map looking for anything to kill lol
That clip in the half track perfectly sums up why I despise the OppresserMK2, every other vehicle in the game is now completely obsolete so buying just about any other combat vehicle is just pointless now.
Tbh, i'm so glad that Kosatka is classified as 'heroic' vehicle, guided missiles are so much fun to use, but i really thought it's a dirty move to use 'em cuz they felt just like orbital cannon, but manual and without big CD. No more
Fun fact, if you fail a heist prep for the Cayo Perico heist, you get an invite from Pavel that can let you warp to your submarine. Edit: Fastest prep I found to fail is the weapons setup for crackshot loadout. The one with the Valkryie leaving Merryweather HQ that you have to tail. The moment you are at Merryweather HQ (submarine fast travel will put you right in front of it) just destroy the Valkryie the moment you lay eyes on it. A sparrow will do the job nicely.
Park the sub next to your Yacht and activate defenses when your on the missile battery. Best defense you can get. You can also use the avenger with the sub if you go get it manually from the facility.
Those guided missiles are the best!!! Hard to control sometimes and hitting players on ground cam be somewhat challenging because of console rendering limitations but I recently figured out that thermal vision can be used when using the missiles 😈😈😈
What are your favorite additions so far...? I’d have to say the Kosatka itself along with the Toreador are some great vehicles. They definitely help with returning fire to the pesky troublemakers I. The lobby. The Go Karts are a fun addition as well and I hope we see some races just for them, too. Even cooler if there could be stunt races with them.
Glad to see it's not only me having issues with the missiles hitting aircraft. I've hit a few lazers, some helicopters and the new bomber and they didn't take any damage.
just a tip for MK2, you can press the exit button and the middle will explode. so if you’re witching range, then exit the middle and it will blow em up.
Yesterday I decided to entertain myself: see what these manually guided missiles can do against griefers. Griefers often pair up attacking someone, well, this time I was an unexpected argument on the defensive side. Waited for any signs of griefers deep under water. Didn’t wait for too long, mk2 guy came, exploded a surfaced submarine close to me, and started fighting its crew on the ground. I blew this guy up more than 15 times. He even tried to jump into toreador, luckily I saw it and caught him in the shallow waters with the rocket. The griefer made the sub crew leave, but he could not do anything at all against me. Once in a few minutes he would randomly catch a rocket. Eventually, he gave up and left.
I remember fighting a group of 5 solo. They were as dirty and pathetic as they get. Marksman rifle mark two, A-10s, Lazers, oppressors, combat MGs mark two, savages, guided missiles, miniguns, everything. I ended up going in passive to get my jet, I got it and flew over their submarine. I disabled passive and blew it up, and proceeded to kill them all in the jet repeatedly. It went from 20-60 for them, to 140-70
On pc these missles can turn ON THE SPOT! So even better on pc. (Mouse required) hopfully rockstar will allow keyboard and mouse on xbox at some point because that is supported.
@@isekaiexpress9450 yeah makes combat impossible. You can't bomb anyone without getting frozen, spam exploded, and crashed anymore. Sad state of affairs, to be sure.
Lmao this reminds me the time two lovely couple surprise attacked 3 of my friends and I after a long fight with my 3 friends beforehand, we were going to hangout in the LS airport and we get blown up by a random guy and his boyfriend pulling up 3 mins later, it was 4v2 all of them used vehicles except me since im not that rich in the game, both were using CEO, Oppressor MK 2s, and passive popping with B11s and complaining of me using BST and quad lens when they were using it first, after an hour of killing them both go in hiding in a sub underwater and keep blowing up my friend, later all of us come back with Savages and Lazers, during the fight beforehand they messaged me "Forever up" "Ur actually trash" and even said they hated ground combat, I replied with "Lmao" which seem to trigger them even more, they kept crying at me with messages over how I was using BST, Quad lens, even though both abused BST more than I did, and even tried to play the victim card saying we ambushed them first and started to attack them even though he blew us up first, later my friends take em out of the sky and I didn't have time to register as a CEO because they were pressing X (PS4) really quick to spawn since they were this eager to kill me and trying too hard to kill me so they can get up on me on score since they cared so much about it, I kept 1 shotting them with no BST with my sniper making them both rage quit, I tried to be friendly towards them but they just kept sending me angry messages good grief, we later continued to hang out after making them leave.
Had 2 guys come at me with guided missiles earlier today, was just messing around in the Comet Retro I had just bought. So I called in my Toreador and took down their sub. Went away, they got in again, tried to hit me (again) with the guided missiles. As soon as I got close, they submerged and dropped off the radar. This would be problematic, but the Toreador has a Sonar. Found them, yeeted them again, they just left.
Another good way to stop griefers is to park your sub next to your yacht and put air defence on. Then blast them with rockets. Just need to keep an eye out for swimmers.
I mainly use the missiles for griefers, ever since I got the sub ive been in multiple Sub vs sub fights, I've helped newer players fight off griefers especially this one guy named Lester1sniper he came at me first in his sub, he destroyed mine everytime and soon I went off radar to get to my sub, he starts running away and I gave chase I eventually caught up to him and blew up is sub then killed him with the GM he then goes after another player and I keep sending Missiles at him eventually he comes after me again and I go under water, he then leaves the session.
I really hope to see your channel goes, i dont what the algorithm be like for your vids, but i hope more and more people sub and find your channle, its always fun to see greifers get destroyed by you.
