One of the maps from the map building contest is the battlefield for this weeks game. But the battle is so epic...it's going to take two weeks to complete!! So here's part 1.
I'm so glad I'm not the only human on earth that still plays Heroscape. It's really nice to see that people are still making videos on it; it's such a great game!
Awesome video, always love seeing knights and drones but in combat with each other is always fun. Sadly it seemed like the dice were being very picky in this match, knights were going down back and forth early on.
When the map contest is done , can you do the "Treacherous crossing" scenario on bloodred river? You should be able to find the link for it in the downloads section under "All official scenarios" or something similar its in battlefields the last time I checked .
I think you forgot that Raelin isn't Valiant, so the 4th Mass wouldn't have their bonus defense. I'm sure this will give Lady Heroscape a much better chance winning this game next week!
OH CRAP! You're so right! Dangit, that's the second time I've done that! ugh...sorry guys...thanks for pointing that out..I'll make sure to adjust that for when we finish the game. Luckily she's only really been attacking my knights the majority of the time.
I understand showing off your Valkyrie dice, but it isn't as easy for the audience to see the results versus a simple blank, plus it makes each flagbearer a little less cool when their holy dice are used all everywhere and always.
I can honestly say I've never had anyone complain about what dice I use :-D haha. I use custom dice now, so it's a little easier to tell, AND I've got a good phone that doesn't lose focus , so the video is much clearer. In these older videos I was using a Digital Camera lol
My prediction is that jandars forces are going to win. Now here's why I say that the fourth mass out range and outnumber every thing else on the playing field so if they were played right (put on height +wait then fire to snipe at the others in the back of the map) the results could be catastrophic for utgar the Nagrubs were fodder because they weren't used to their potential because the Nagrubs have an additional effect in their hivelord bonding ability that says that you can destroy one Nagrub adjacent to a hivelord you control to remove a wound from said hivelord . Drakes just going to complicate everything due to thorian speed so that all his opponents have to be adjacent to attack him with a normal attack . So in a way he made the stingers useless against him. TheNagrubs will fall with their low stats. And negoksa will either get A.ganged up on by knights or B. Shot to death by American riflemen or C. Drake will 1v1 him and decimate him. The stingers and others in the back waiting it out? 4th mass on height +wait then fire should spell their demise. That is my prediction
Sir Heroscape curiously enough were there any times during the battle so far where you accidentally forgot to factor in raelins defensive aura? Because that could be crucial to helping the Knights and mass hold their position
I'm not much of a cameraman at all, so forgive me if I am mistaken, but I thought about this too, and I think it would be a little more difficult to get good shots of the dice and figures without him having to stop recording and restarting a lot. Wouldn't this be way more time consuming? Just curious.
at this point, I don't have much time to change the way I video..so for now it'll have to do...and yes I imagine it'd take more time to do a dual-camera setup
wait for them to come down to your level, don't force yourself to attack the high ground. attackers have the advantage in this game so stop short if you have to next time.
You have a good point from the results of part one however you forgot about ne-gok-sa. If the stingers clear a path he could 20 drake or raelin and take control of them.
You also have a good point but the chances of him getting to drake is low not to mention the fact that you have a 5% chance to do so and with the four-mass alive lady heroscape would have a tough time and if drake rolls 6-skulls it could end him. A self debate by: Fermat101
