Hi, nice set so far ~ Can you please explain how it's possible to change patterns/banks in one project and one pad becomes a different sample. I can't seem to figure out how to have multiple tracks on the same project, because when I finish my first beat, and start making my second [in a new pattern or bank-, if I change the sound for a track (T1 for example) then it automatically changes my the same track on the first pattern/bank I had. Hope it makes sense to you and you have a solution. Kind regards, Luq
hi! Sounds are stored in the kit on the rytm. If you want different sounds in a pattern, make sure to load a new empty kit. Before doing that, make sure the previous kit is saved to ensure you are not losing anything :)
Hey! Amazing videos & Music. You really made me want to buy a rytm and showing me that it's a totally stand alone machine which can be perfectly used for a Live Set (first was thinking about buying the octatrack, but i guess as a beginner the sampling options of the rytm are totally fine for me, also i think it's probably easier than the octatrack to get used to elektron machines. I aware that both are completely different machines!). I was curious about what samples your using? I guess none of them are from the factory presets, am i right? Keep up the good output!! Best, xx
Thanks! Most samples are not part of the factory content. I like to sample with the mk2 by hooking up my phone to it and turning everything into sampling material, Spotify, RU-vid, Netflix, …
