Sorry for the presentation, there is no audio. How do a person know if machine is working or not. Due to some reason if it is not working " what will be the procedure to follow?" Even Company is not sending any executive for demo. There is some safety lock which is not mentioned in this muted video.please improve your system for customer help.😔😔😔😔😔

hestia worst company. I ordered a juicer from hestia more than a week ago and am still waiting for the product. There is no information to track my order . Have sent them mail several times but no reply. Have called their customer care more than 20 times and they never picked up. I lost my 17000 rupees . Please be aware of this fraud.
