I LOVE this idea! I just love the idea that the nations speak to each other in their native languages and they just understand each other(most likely to varying degrees). I communicate this way to some of my closest friends and family this way and its ALWAYS a chaotic mess. Walking in public is hilarious because I'll as a question in English, my friend will respond in Spanish and we just go back and forth while getting so many confused looks. It can also look and sound like how America and Japan are interacting, a chaotic mess that sounds like a one sided conversion between 2 people that may or may not completely understand each other. XD
