Just bought these Ultimate pedals and you are the my go to mate. Appreciate the effort you put into these videos to make our life easier! Time to fire up and see how we go, upgraded from V3's.
13:42 @Boosted Media Clips: The "soft" setting limits the max value of "Max break force" to 100 kg so that you can not damage the springs with your settings as they are rated for 100kg max.
I just bought mine, mainly run GT3s on Iracing. Anyway have recommend software settings? I’m thinking some kind of “slow end” would work well for both brake and throttle
Yes! They connect to a PC through a USB port separately from the Fanatac wheelbase i.e. you are NOT connecting the Heusinkveld to the Fanatec wheelbase, you are connecting them directly to the PC.
Hi i have the ultimate + pedals and ive tried to set 3 profiles up with different brake loads. The profiles dont appear to save the force changes. This is what i did. Started with default, save as F1, then GT3 and road. Then i tried road first and set force to 25kg. Saved and overwrote old race profile. Loaded gt3 and the force was showing 25 not the default value used.
I'm suprised there are no comments in this helpful video :) I'm rocking Sprints and love them... been using them ~1.5 years for now and they've been at linear (brake at 40kg) for all of that time :) But now with the iRacing new Porsche Cupcar I'm thinking of going to the output maxed out to 80% to avoid locking up the brakes accidentally. Is there a good way to save custom profiles in the SmartControl.. I don't see there's an option to save/load different profiles... I think there was that option with the original software what was before SmartControl?
