Thanks a lot for your Comment Liam!😃.The reason it only Calls at LimerickJunction and Mallow is because five minutes later the 17:05HeustonStation/Tralee Train Service leaves HeustonStation.This Service calls at all Stations from Ballybrophy to Mallow.Also the other reason being People wanted an Express Service from HeustonStaton to Cork.So Irish Rail decided that the 17:00hrsHeustonStation Train Service would be an Express Service and only Call at LimerickJunction and Mallow.
oh so if passengers travelled to thurles on the heuston to Tralee I say anyone for Limerick junction Limerick and sixmilebridge and ennis and all stations to galway and all stations to Waterford have to change at thurles?
i know there's only more direct trains to tralee from dublin and to dublin from tralee. and if anyone was going to tralee if there was'nt direct train then change at mallow :)
Don't actually no why?.But I do no it is extended to Westport in Co.Mayo on Friday's due to Heavy Passenger Loadings on the Wesport Train Services on Friday's due to College Students returning home for the Weekend.
