I was 10 years old at this time, Hey Hey was unmissable on a Saturday morning. John Blackman was a huge part of the comedy, i always remember him as a radio host which played at Forest Hill Shopping centre around the same time.

All the segments were meticulously planned but they had space to add lib which is what made it great. Went on red faces ,once Daryl is a bit different when the camera is off

It was social media that kept saying everything was not politically correct guided carefully by Google lol

1980 ... bloody funny and we all had a sense of humour and didn't really take things seriously. 2024 ... racially insensitive. Heads exploding everywhere.
