I would hire the nanny I think is best qualified to take care of my child. If they decide to pursue a relationship then that's on them. They can go. Bye. I wouldn't hire a relative even though there's pros the cons. They won't have that professional boundary, will probably speak about you and what happens in your home to the rest of your family and will feel some sort of entitlement. I'd hire a nanny with an NDA and one i can get rid of as and when I need to. Hiring family is so messy.

The nannies in my country are way different from the nanny in the US I must say 😂😂😂 They are young, uneducated, married with multiple kids, most can’t even care for the house or kids… in most cases we don’t have to worry about them from the aspect of them being hot but that don’t stop some men going after them or vice versa.

how bout you train/ manage your children to help out with household chores, teach them to respect the family routine, and take time to spend with them doing what they like to do at least once a day. and think twice about what you deem is so important to you.
