I love this idea! Your cleaning videos are very 'to the point' without a lot of unrelated 'jabber' which i greatly appreciate. As a new, single female homeowner i could use info on all the things I need to be doing, or have done, for which I don't have a clue. For instance, routine maintenance to things that will keep them in better working order and last longer. For example, what to do to keep garage door opening and closing smoothly? Can the garage door panels be lined with insulation to keep the cold/heat out? That's only one area of what I suspect is a mutitude of wise maintenance tips...and tricks you would be able to share. Right now I'm feeling overwhelmed with all I need to learn! Your insights would be invaluable. Please expand to your content to your hearts content.

Please include indoors and outdoors info about the house. I had gutter guards installed but have recently heard I should have the gutters rinsed out at least yearly to get rid of very small items that may wind up getting through the fine mesh covering on my gutter guards.

Looking forward to it! The only thing I’d say is I’ve followed some other channels that focus on woodworking and there’s a tendency to follow a certain trajectory; start off with common man affordable gear, and within a couple years suddenly every video seems to include $900 tools and assume a much higher level of skill. Probably because they themselves have advanced to that extent because it’s become their full time job but their original viewers may not have, or can’t afford the specialist gear for a weekend hobby. Anyway, again, you’re great and I’m looking forward to it.

I, for one, am on board with your plan. As a person who retired early and has become a house husband as it were. I am now responsible for cooking,cleaning, and home maintenance. I've been a DIYer for many, many years. Everything from fixing a leaky faucet to total renovation of rooms in our house. I would think there are a plethora of homeowners who would like a channel that addresses the many maintenance and cleaning issues of taking care of a home. Great idea 💡! 😊

I absolutely love this idea! I'm a homeowner and single woman with many small tasks I would love to learn. I need to put baseboards in after a new floor and now I'm stuck because the person who was doing the job left the city.

I'm here for it. DIY fixing goes hand in hand with cleaning in my mind. I watch a fair aount of cleaning videos and far too often the project cannot move forward because of a repair/update project is desperately needed. Everything from stopped sinks to better use/look of spaces. Plus I could expand my knowledge. There is a bonus too that perhaps you missed, I betcha you are a clean as you repair person. You will be showing us also how to move through a project without leaving a daunting path of destruction and chaos to clean up at the end.

I like your channel very, very much because you just don't do the cleaning. You explain in detal and give great valuable information about the product your using, etc... This is a great channel - you are doing a GREAT job with it !!! As you expand the content and value you provide, keeping topics well organized in playlists will help me, existing subscribers and new ones, easily find more related content. Specifically, I’d suggest consolidating playlists - there are 20 now and with more topics and more playlists, finding stuff on the channel might get harder. I realize there might be pressure to post weekly, but as you so honestly say, it leads to burnout. I think that many of the videos are on viewed on need-base: I was searching RU-vid for a video on cleaning something, found your video, loved your delivery, and subscribed after browsing your library and realized you created a great resource! So I am sure any content that interests you and keeps you motivated, will end up as a valuable video and hopefully grows your channel more. All the best with it!

Are you still doing your other Christian ministry channel? I have so many subscriptions, I can’t find it and RU-vid changed the format of the channel info, don’t see the Channels section on yours. But I’d watch any content you put out to be honest. I think of it as I watch channels in spells, so I don’t mind you uploading in spells 😂❤

Learn to document your experiences/interests in order to maintain a consistent upload schedule and sprinkle in the more “educational”, editing heavy, long form content as you come up with it. Let people fall in love w your personality. If people are only sticking around for the information in one video and don’t care for you as a person, they’ll move on and won’t interact. Best of luck man

You do you. Please don’t start posting videos about organizing your closet or your refrigerator. Especially not with clear acrylic bins. I click out of those. Home maintenance could be interesting. I’m not sure what you mean by that. I personally have a need to learn how to restick wallpaper. My second bathroom has paper that is peeling down on all 3 sides around the tub. The heat from the shower causes it I think. It is nice wallpaper in great shape. It’s just curling down from where the wall meets the ceiling. I also have need to learn how to remove wallpaper. My dining room wallpaper is trashed. Kids then grandkids. Nicked. Torn. Scuffed. Colored on. It needs to go. I am excellent at repairing holes in Sheetrock and painting. I just need to know how to get the paper off. I’m retired and probably need to learn other things. Bring it on.

I would love any information concerning maintenance. For example: why the faucet in the bathroom and kitchen smells when hot water is turned on? Happy Holidays 🦃🎄😇✨🍓
