Hezbollah has committed 'double war crime', Israeli government spokesperson says 

Israeli government spokesperson David Mencer accuses Hezbollah of committing a "double war crime" by hiding its weaponry in civilian areas and carrying out attacks directed at Israelis.
He says the IDF urged civilians in Lebanon to evacuate by text message, phone call, radio broadcast and via websites.
