If the US is serious about peace, it should instruct Israel to withdraw from Gaza and release Palestinian prisoners. Then hostilities will stop, hizbulah will go home and Israel will get its surviving hostages back. Blinken telling Hizbulah to withdraw 30 Km from Israel border is a non starter and shows that that the US is not serious.
