Agree on your rant about SO239s, I've seen the same thing, terrible manufacturing, no doubt from China. Same with 3.5mm stereo switched sockets, just junk. I ordered some of the latter from a reputable online supplier, maybe Element 14 or Digikey, can't remember which, but they were good. Suggest you do the same to source SO239s. Love your attention to detail, very few home builders pursue design like you do! 73 Paul VK3HN.

I find that making the wiring look nice is not always the best move, as noise and rf pickup don't respect all the effort you put in. A 🐀 nest while bad for the eye does make it harder for cross coupling. Looking forward to the next video
