my paper is not cutting straight (entire stack). I think the guide or the cutter needs to be adjusted. Can you make a video to fix that?

I noticed that my cutter wont cut easily anymore, something to do with the part that presses the papers together. I dont know if it has loosened up or i need to sharpen the blade.

i just got the 12 inch stack cutter. the blade is not "leveled". one side is almost 1mm higher than the other side. I tried to remove the blade and correct it when i put the blade back on. I would screw one side high as i can with the holes lined up. but that didn't help. Do you have a fix for this issue?

Hello, When the blade is fully down it should be even across the red cutting stick. If it isn't, there is a way to adjust it. LEVELING INSTRUCTIONS: Please check the video on this page to see how to remove the side access panel hardwarefactorystore.com/paper-cutter-support/ Once you have that off, you will need to look at the back end of the cutter (where the hinge is) and you will see a silver metal plate with three holes aligned vertically. Loosen the top and bottom bolt only, also note at the top of the silver plate there is a small set screw. Adjust the entire silver plate (which will move the entire hinge) up and down to level the blade on the red cutting stick. It should be level at contact, but the blade does not move in a level motion to make cutting easier. Once level tighten the bolts back up and you should be good to go. Sincerely, HFS

I just bought a paper cutter that looks like yours but the pressing clamp like the one you demonstrating how to fix arrived broken. Where can I buy the clamp/handle???

For some reason the square nut that holds the bolt on the clamp rig is slipping out when I'm trying to clamp a stack. That happens every time I use it. Is there a way to fix that?

Thank you for this! This lead me to a few of your other videos on how to adjust and to change things. The clamp part for me was higher at the top and at the bottom( closest to the turn handle), I tweaked that. Then flipped the red bar around. I thought I was going to have to buy a new cutter with all the issues I was having. So your videos helped me save my money. Though I didn't buy my cutter from you, on Amazon.ca, your video and help are greatly appreciated.

how often does this happen and why? How do you prevent it? If this happens in my office, I'll be the one that has to fix it so I'm trying to not have that happen often.

Hello, This used to happen to our older models, but design changes and factory quality control seems to have eliminated this issue. Even on older models one fix should make it work permanently, or you could add a washer between the nuts and frame to allow the handle to spin instead of jamming. Sincerely, HFS
