I think your balls look very nice despite their age and the smaller than average size. Still though, a good handful. The lines look good and they seem quite firm, with no visible seam. I particularly like how they shine in your light setup, with no hair or greasiness to them (no dog hairs on these, yet). I’d recommend displaying them in a staggered position with one lower than the other. It’s a cool formation. I’ve heard they can sometimes get a little loose, so it’s important to check them once in a while for any inconsistencies, just to keep them in peak shape and enjoyment over the years. Being how they are, it’s perfectly normal for them to drop once in your lifetime, I wouldn’t worry overly much. As of this time I have no balls and I am considering getting a pair to improve my own life, as they would be wonderful to display to friends and occasionally my family. I’m tempted to get a single ver ka ball, though I’m worried it’d look unbalanced and out of place. I highly appreciate this review of your balls and I wish you and everyone else a happy new years. May 2022 have as little or as much balls as you need in your life.
Finally, that idiotic unrecognised roman number 2 finally realised that all gundam with all stupid same faces are just a little children toys. If you didn’t collect guntank or balls, you will never realised yourself and still under childish mind control!!!
I kinda wish Bandai made more twin sets like this... I also wouldn't mind some more MS vehicles, like the Einerad/Twinerad from Victory, and that rocket sled thing from ZZ that Judau and the gang rode about on
@@ZeonIq Well you can get a couple Type 61s in the HG Zaku 2 Ground War Set. The Core Fighter is typically included in any RX-78-2 kit. (PG, MG, RG, old HGUC) Not sure about the Saberfish though...
@@fishpop oh I know, I have it from those kits, I meant by itself. I want to buy multiple but getting from the sets are not really the best considering the excess parts
Nice to see these balls dangling on their own mini-'action base' stands. Now, whose balls did you have to fondle this time to get these for review? These machines would've been fitting additions to "Space Balls", the Star Wars-parody movie.
The gun size the balls has is big compared to modern weapons from real life with most modern tanks having 120mm so the ball is overpowered irl but underpowered compared to a Zaku II which normally has a 120mm machine gun and Armour strong enough to stop the ball’s gun.
I mean really, in the OYW the ball's cannon was decent for artillery - it's bigger than the Guntank's cannons. The problem is more that the platform it's attached to is not very well-armored, and not very fast (apparently its accelleration was good but it didn't have much fuel for it?), which adds up to a pretty high loss rate, even as a smaller target.
RU-vid looking at the thumbnail: *Rock raising eyebrow with vine boom meme* RU-vid after realization: You’ve got some bawls showing that in my platform, Mecha G.
The Ball is the unsung hero of the OYW. The GM received a hundred variations, was upgraded into GM II and later into GM III, living on for a long time. The Balls were mothballed, never to be seen again.
I gotta admit, out of all my years sitting my ass on these chairs in front of these screens since '07 that this has to be the best thumbnail bait ever.
Have you heard of Gundam the end? It’s a crazy looking gunpla that is like death scythe but also have giant hands at part of its backpack. Oh and a chestburster?
If possible, can you maybe think about doing a review of the Hexa Gear Weird Tails? I'm kinda new to Gundam, and but absolutely love the animal design!
Once the Full Mechanics Calamity comes out and you get a copy, you need to put it into some cool Castlevania poses, like the classic Simon and Richter box art poses, cause of the whip/Gundam hammer and all
Hey, newer subscriber here but I kinda binged almost all your shit already. Wanted to see if you'd ever mix in some daban kits because I've been considering them, and I haven't found a decent reviewer of them. So, even a recommendation for a channel for that would be nice
It's basically the same size as a Haro. The ball with the arms and bottom part removed can fit into the Mobile Haro just about perfectly, you just need to make a way to secure it.
