The Futsunomitama katana is based on the Gerbera Straight but its actually for the Akatsuki. It was a last-minute addition to the Proud Defender unit as a counter to Femto armor, since its fairly weak to physical weapons and ammo.

The sword isn't Gerbera Straight, but Futsunomitama. It's different from Red Frame katana

Yeah apparently it's a new one and only sword called Futsunomitama. This one however is made by ORB instead and was meant to be equipped by Akatsuki

It's a reference to an old tokusatsu show the director loves called Mighty Jack.

@@ahmadboyz The fact that the gunpla didn’t advertise an MA mode would already mean that the actual suit itself doesn’t have an MA mode. I know bandai likes to hide some details for gunpla because of spoilers, but MA mode is a feature that should be advertised right away just to not mislead anyone. You don’t even need to see the movie to find out about this.

The base is Strike Freedom Type II which has different shoulders, arms, shield emitter, waist, and rear leg boosters. The body is also a bit different from SF because the abdomen beam is slightly adjusted to be closer to chest. And this Strike Freedom uses new mold for articulation, different from HGCE Strike Freedom.

Kira was good up close as well. U forgot his starting main suit was a strike gundam? Also in the strike freedom he would use his dual sword to precisely and quickly cut the limps of other suits so that he wouldn't kill them.

Contrary to popular belief, Kira does actually excel at close combat, and he does use his close combat weapons a lot in his mobile suits, even the Strike Freedom. And do we forget the crazy stuff he does like the sword grab he did against the Destiny?

He's even an all-rounder is the super robot war series

The "fist fight" did show that he's not good with it in person. Hahahaha

You probably can build Strike Freedom Type II if the backpack connector is compatible with HGCE Strike Freedom. But other than that, this MSF uses wholly different molds.

Please don't buy it, I haven't been able to see a single Rising Freedom in any gunpla markets and this? I don't expect to see it either! I almost feel bad for immortal justice stacked up while there's not even a single trace of Rising Freedom
