OK, so let me get this straight.....They want a move in ready five bedroom three bathroom house, plus a music room and a study that has a large yard with a pool that has large rooms, lots of storage, charm and character, lots of light and windows, all the bells and whistles and their budget is a dollar. Girl, you can have an empty cardboard box with cheese stains.
What is the appeal for these grand entrances with super high ceilings? Who is dusting all the way up there? Do you hire someone or is there a machine that reaches that high? I'm genuinely curious.
ok, timing might be right but when you don't have over $400 grand how do you expect to have a pool, 2 to 3 bathrooms , office and 5 bedrooms?. seriously? there is a reason you are renting. I would definitely make a poor agent. I would tell them "go back home and save some money" or let something go or maybe you shouldn't have had so many kids. yep, I would not last long.looks like one of the boys should be leaving pretty soon.
As several people have pointed out, at least two of these 'kids' look to be close to grown (the one boy had a beard) and therefor pretty close to moving out. If you've managed to raise your kids in a smaller space/less bathrooms, there's no reason to look for a big house when it's time for them to leave home. As parents we can forget that the kids grow up and leave. And there's nothing wrong with kids sharing a room. I shared a room growing up. It was no hardship. And we all shared 1 bathroom. As to the pool, I understand the allure. But I had a pool when I was a teenager. The first year we used it all the time. The second year we used it a lot. By the third year we rarely used it and by the fourth year we fought constantly as to whose time it was to clean the damn thing out. Pools are a lot of worry/work and always seem like they're so much fun until you have one and you realize that they're really so much work and upkeep.
Why is everyone freaking out about the amount of bedrooms?! If they wanted; they could always make two of the smaller rooms combined down the road. One could definitely be used as a guest room if older kids move away but come for holidays.
How many times did they say ‘we have a big family’ Bullshit, 4 kids is not a big family! Never seen such an unrealistic couple, obviously ignorant to what their budget can give them. There is nothing wrong with kids working out bathroom time, someone can always use the en-suite bathroom if really rushed? First time an episode has annoyed me, pathetic, whining people
@@thehungrygoldfish house is a big investment.. u cant keep changing houses n especially when u start ageing.. house is bought thinking long term.. u take mortgage accordingly..
@@Angle86 Yes, but buying a house for future grandchildren to stay over is insane. Plus, they wanted too much. They essentially wanted seven bedrooms. That’s insane.
@@thehungrygoldfish who knows why they wanted a 7 bedroom apartment in the first place.. m sure they have family n friends coming over or whatever the reason.. if they can afford then why not
I’m a 2-hour drive from there on the West Coast and my Pool is the Ocean😂😂😂But, seriously during the Summer it can get in the Triple digit temps and I would need the Pool, otherwise I would live in the Coast.
I have the same taste in homes that they have I want a big house with a pool large island in the kitchen open floor plan so I need the living room from the kitchen 6 or 7 bedrooms and 4 to 5 bathroom and a garage , white kitchen , high ceilings
I believe they picked a house before ever seeing the others shown in the episode, plus were told what to say to make the show interesting. Just about every show is staged.
She obviously got willed some money and thinks it’s like a million dollars ….in California you are lucky to get a shack with that budget yet they want it all….. they need like triple that budget
She is so annoying. They are both annoying. They have so much stuff on their list, but they don't have that much money to get everything on their list. Also 5 bedrooms? Every heard of sharing rooms? And they can share a bathroom, might me small, but they can deal with it
Why a mini-golf trainer needs a home office? The kitchen cabinets not cream color - the deal breaker. "We need 5 bedrooms" - no you don't. "We need a pool" - no you don't. The woman is really annoying. The man just repeats after her like a faithful parrot.
Not golf, “life trainer”. Kind of a California, hippy dippy speciality for someone usually lacking the academic qualifications to be a social worker or therapist.
What happen to the men these days, man let the women have the color cabinets she wants, stop acting like a little female, let her have the loft for her office, you more finicky than a woman lol, you got the pool and the style house you preferred, this guy make men look bad!
