Never addressed a spinning connecting rod. Loc-tite on threads & JB weld on outer.

I have a dw 5000 and the internal rod is always coming loose. I know how to re-attach, but are there any tips to stop it from loosening? Or to stop the to hat from spinning so much? Thanks 🤘
