Ive never seen any apartments in the klang valley with a parking bay entrance and ramps as big as yours bobby. my apartment , more than half of my cars cant even fit and drive below because the ramps are small and the wall infront is too close. luckily i use it as a transit apartment so we dont rely on it daily. Just once every couple of months.
