If you don't have 4/4 HoO, then try getting fullset first before getting HoFi, she's literally the cheapest valk to fullset due to refund supply banner If you still stubborn to not pull HoO because somehow u hate Mei for no reason but somehow still want to pull HoFi, then up to you This is personally based on my own opinion She can still function without trio, on CN HoTr team, but the only weather that she can do well is Ignite Benares Why? HoO also can be dps for cheaper cost and craftable Handel set for Eden, can cover both IMG and Lightning Abyss if somehow you don't have 7T or Aponia Trio has very amazing coverage for both Abyss and MA They can almost take over all IMG weather and brand new Symphony weather And if you ever need HoO to deal with Lightning Abyss, you can just replace HoFi with GD for Lightning Support Need to deal with Fire weather? Can use either Trio or switch HoO with CN My Priority would be 1/4 HoTr (Weapon) > 4/4 HoO > 4/4 HoTr > 1/4 HoFi = S2 HoO (only if u wish to only use HoO as dps) > 4/4 HoFi My conclusion is : Only pull HoFi if you alr have HoTr and HoO geared, otherwise just stick with HoO dps for meantime and pull HoFi later on week 1 v6.5, she will have rerun a patch after Again, this is just my opinion on 6.4 priority, you decide yourself what you want to pull and what's your goal, I'm not your mom to decide everything, goodluck
@@fluff4411 only when u done fullset another valk, never pull elf without fullgear valk, or at least bare minimum valk with only weapon if you have extra crystal and don't have sirin or klein and want brand new elf, then sure, go for kiana elf
after seeing and played both of them, I'll try to get both even though I skipped HoTr I'll reack 30K in 1st day of new update + 25 expa ticket total, yeah...not much but I'll see
I'll probably not pull for HoFi for the meantime. HoFS might be a tad bit outdated(?), but she still packs a punch. For now, my plan will be HoTr + gears > PE > Try to get CN to 4/4 if her gears get a rerun by the time I got PE > HoH bc my ice team is literally non-existent.

Also can i ask you another question? Since i'm a newbie i have a newbie banner(just like genshin) that banner is HoH and PE, i got both of them and their weapon. so my question is 1. Should i go for their stigmata? 2. Should i follow their recommendation for weapon and stigmata(for every character) 3. What is the percentage to get the main valkrye in the banner? the reason why i asked you the 3rd question is because i got PE and HoH and HoH's weapon in 30 pulls (10 pulls each) i probably got a beginners luck but for that to happen 3 times is like honkai likes me but genshin doesn't
I'm still going to get Finality, even though she won't flow well without Truth... I tried for Truth but 59 pulls and nothing... So Finality is my last chance for the trio since Origin will be free.
She can still go sword mode with mei so theres that and just slap on Ai Chan for support (granted its a support for Kiana only) thou and theres always the kiana elf.
@@GOATaro With HoO, I'll use the same team I use with HoT, which is Fischl and Eden. With HoFi, I would use Ai Chan and Raven, but could be AE for those who don't have Truth.
i feel like throughout the execution of the trio combo, we're basically ignoring the boss' mechanic. is it true? is it like, we're just repeating until the stage end or phase transitions?
well, trio rotation is straight forward, since it's IMG nature that has shell and core hp mechanic unlike qua where u need to actually evade or use qua valk to remove qua shield, not even surprising since all valk has always been like that ever since
I stoped paying attention to mechanics 3 years ago usually the only teams that can deal with certain bosses are designed to make sure you click all the checkmarks even if you jsut random press buttons PE/HOR/HOFr/HoE/HOT all repeat the same exact rotation that only changes if a new unit is introduced example Reven to Ai Haxxon to Pardo to be far we went back a few years with the release of HoTr since she replaces both AE and Fischl the last time one singe unit was meta for more then one element to such an extend was when AE was in All Elemental teams
The only thing I don't like about Honkai is how it's so META-dependent. Basically if you don't have this, then you'll somewhat struggle in this patch. Furthermore, saving up crystal requires time. And whenever my crystal is enough to do pulls, usually the valks I wanted had been on the verge out of META and "unusables". Compared to when Honkai used to be, in terms of gears it's so diverse. It doesn't stick with a single set. It used to be, "You don't have this, there's this alternatives. Still don't have it? Don't worry still plenty of alternatives" Now it's more like, "Oh you don't have it? Sorry the only alternative is this and it won't perform that well." Even the gap between signature set and F2P options in currrent version is pretty big in gameplay. Of course I had taken all of it to heart when I realized this game is heavy on P2W side. Had I not realized this I wouldn't play this game to this day lmao I just feel like venting on how META dependent it is sometimes. Even Memorials, Abyss, or ER usually more in favor for current META (in this case, the Trio and/or HoO and HoFin). So it's hard to match the gameplay when everything must be "in season."
Real! Mostly I play for fun and only to get pretty characters but interacting with such a meta based fandom is so difficult… Im not guaranteed for finality because I wanted truth and I like her aesthetics better, but the meta is always calling
@@pantydesigner ER also META-related even though it's not as much as EX Abyss and Memorial. Especially on the buff. While I agree that others doesn't really rely on META valks, but for F2P such as myself, to be able retain in EX Abyss and Memorial (80+) with not fully geared valks or the META valks required to complete them really require a lot of effort. That's why saving up is essential. Plus ELF has its own significance to retain in certain floor/rank.
@@fdk12 I'm lv 88, sinful abyss enjoyer, 5/5 MA bosses with SSS bosses usually need around 4 minutes to clear, not touching EX MA bosses. ER abstinence if I'm lucky I can full clear it, otherwise usually I only get 300 crystals or less
since i already have hotr fullset, my priority would be mei fullset > elf at least 3 star > 1/4 HoFi weapon > fullset, even if i dont fullset i HoFi would use another dps in the meantime
only Fire and Lightning and deals no trauma so paralize and ignite elfs like Klein and Sirin are still useful though the best thing Kiana elf has over both of them is a good gather skill

@@weebs4907 I personally feels like HoO is shit and huge downgrade both visually and performance-wise from HoT. Time stop doesn't justify zero dmg on ULT and a need to rewire your brain from usual "stacking buffs from supports then ulting with DPS" rotation routine. And in Trio team she is even more pathetic, because top score on Bull Husk (and probably Flower Husk too) is achieved by not using her gears at all, but appearing for half a second to use Raikiri WS while having Ai-chan stigs. But that's what you get from "free" (not really, costed me 10380 crystals that could be used elsewhere) valk I guess. They also made sure that you suffer if you don't spend on S2 rank by intentionally putting a long cd on evasion that prevents you from getting sword meter fast.
I skipped HoTr to pull for HoFi, so I guess I'll try and get her on her rerun, HoFi and HoO are fully geared, but trying to higher rank them would be nice but happy w them for now
Is it worth getting HoFi if i dont have a fire dps? I am really struggling in Fire and ignite weather. (currently using HoHe for all weather since I only have one team)

I really liked void drifter with being able to be ranged and melee, so I was thrilled to see hofi has a gun and sword aswell. Too bad this doesn't look like it's played that way at all. Edit: is there a reason you recommend just trying to get hofi on 6.5 instead of 6.4? I'm still very new to the game so I don't understand much. Is it just bc of more time to save crystals?
Hi, hypothetical question: should I rather complete my 3/4 Sushang over pulling HoFin if I have only enough xtals? This is assuming I have 4/4 S0 HoTr and 4/4 S0 HoO. Also S0 4/4 HoF.
Sniping one piece is pretty hard since it hardly depends on luck But if you think u can do fine in abyss without hofi, I would just finished up sushang gear Having 1 fullset valk is better than 2 valk but both of them missing gear But if I were in your situation, I like new battlesuit so I would go for HoFi since trio is pretty much completed if I can 4/4 HoFi, then I would snipe last sushang piece when I'm done with HoFi Sniping single piece might cost you at least HoFi battlesuit if you're not lucky Ice still have RC and HB that can cover RL abyss fine, unless in Nirvana then it's different story Depends whether u prefer new stuff or finish up unfinished gear to clear content, depends on your crystal as well

She and her wpn alone is quite "Decent". While it doesn't offer her maximum potential, she's still "usable"... Though for the abyss you need a matching weather and quite good support.
Damn, was really looking forward to get HoFi with 30k crystals but this game is being annoying with meta. I got no HoTr nor her gear, but fuck I really like this Kiana but even if I pull her with full gear she's gonna be useless.. Even though I mostly play Elysian Realm, not being able to do the abyss would be a bummer, I got no IMG DPS, so I guess I'll have to pull for HoO which I'm not really interested into, then I don't know, should I still get Bronya? Her gameplay is so complicated for me, and I'm not much of a Bronya fan
If you don't care about meta, then you don't have to follow my priority, pull whatever u want really Bronya isn't complicated at all, she's literally fill mech bar, press ult to switch form, combo atk, ult then switch character But don't skip hoo gear, it's literally the best and cheapest valk to gear, it's literally 120 full pity gear with 5 card refund every 10 pulls, and with free box, u just need 3/4 for supply and open box to complete her
I have a full geared HoT (Eden, Fischl) team, and around 30K crystals and 10 focused cards at the end of first (discounted) FOCA week, should I pull HoO gears and gamble the rest on 0/4 HoTr (that likely will be worse than 4/4 Fischl) or just get S2 HoO? I don't have any IMG dps rn.
if ur willing to part ways with the 30 pull guarantee for hoo thats never coming back then only pull for 4/4 hotr (BTW u can juss pull hoo and then wait for the next hotr rerun after 6.4 u don't have to " gamble the rest "). if ur f2p forget about s2

Hi. I have 23k xtal right now. I don't have HoTr. I am in a dilemma. I have 0 invested QUA unit and i have signature weapon and stigmata of Vill-V. I have img dudu, every good fire and lightning unit with their signature geat. I have many option and i don't know what to do. Option 1 : Get Vill-V cause i have her gear. Option 2 : Get Finality Kiana cause there might be a img elemantal abyss. Option 3 : Try to get HoTr cause she is universal support and can cover posible elemantal img abyss. What should i do.
v6.4 will have quite a lot of IMG weather so u need to have at least 1 IMG DPS, either HoTr or HoO, PE is not an option for new IMG boss Get HoTr, she can become both support for any of your lightning and fire valk and can also become ice dps to cover ice abyss, AE no longer good options nowadays if u have extra crystal, get HoO and at least get 3/4 because you can get one HoO stig box from story mode Forget HoFi for now and pull her when there's a rerun Go for vill v only when u alr finish gearing up HoTr + HoO + HoFi and have extra crystal v6.4 for now doesn't have any qua weather so don't really have to worry much about it even MPE with eye of collapse on Snowy Sniper can be cope option for qua weather

u don't put hofi on a hoo dps focused team u put hoo and two lightning supports (hofi is not a support like hotr is) so keep eden, ( if ur not going to get 4/4 hofi then put on fire dps stigs such as himeko tmb not turg )
I currently have 24k Crystal and 15 expansion tickets( including from login event) my ice team is built with SS hor, so I am considering pulling for mei equipment and hotr+ equipment and if I have enough crystals go for hofi. I don't really need hofi since I can possibly get hof from spending event seeing as how I have her full set from offrates, and how my fire team is dead(1/4 spina with T stig 0/4 cn no ae) and my lightning team is ehh at best so my problem now is will the amount of crystals I have+ potential anni rewards be enough for the hof card from spending event? Ps I'm lvl 80 and have no thoughts on breaking through soon
1. breakthrough right away, you need those extra mats and crystals, it's not as hard as you think it is 2. you arent going to be able to fullset everything whatsoever with your income and savings. your best bet is a 4/4 HoO and you wont have nearly enough to buy HoF unless you topup a lot, I think you've mistaken her outfit for character card but you actually need to spend about 50k to get her card. That said don't go for Hofi, go for HoO and Hotr first (highly recommend you just 4/4 HoO first before Hotr too)
@@Sinon0017 tbh the mats don't really entice me, I have ss mpe, no desire for FR and no hope of getting SS sus In a reasonable amount of time( 6 months ain't reasonable) and for the torus mats in masters I get enough torus to make a new pri arm every update, I get top 0.2 MA and in abyss if I upgrade I'll probably only be retaining agony 2 which is worse than red lotus in masters

So newish f2p player here I beg you to recommend me who to pull! I only have: 3/4(missing M) HoHE, 3/4(missing Top Handel) HoT, Miss pink elf(only weapon) as DPS and 4/4 SS Fischl, 3/4(missing M) Sushang and HoS(only weapon), SS Eden(only weapon and Turg B) and Griseo (only weapon and Cezanne B) as supports 13k crystals 13 gear and 10 expansion cards. I know this amount (or overall situation) is pathetic but I need help. What would you do? It seems like the most logical option is to go for 4/4 HoO since she is guaranteed in 60 pulls(+30 refunded and stigmata box) but then? Should I go for HoTr first?
Since you don't have many crystal and probably won't even guarantee hotr, go 4/4 hoo, it's better value overall and cheap to gear Go hotr after you're done with hoo, don't worry if fail to get hotr, u can just get it later Skipping hoo refund banner is more bad than not having hotr at all
u can either use turg tb hotr and pull hofi or fullset hotr first then pull for hofi depends on how much crystal you have and whether u feel you can cope with turg tb or not in both abyss and ma support has better value and last longer than dps, hotr also function to support other lightning and fire valk so not restricted to only trio
Well, I was the guy who got True HOR on the 1st day of the patch, and got not only her, but a Stigma box. BUT I was the idiot and started to pull for gear, and got her weapon instantly, so i thought that in expa-foca supply this weapon will be dropped instead of stigmas (bec of my luck), so i pulled for 4/4 True HoR and got it. I hope my luck won't be so bad and I'll get a weapon for HoO for a low amount of crystals, so there's a question: If I somehow will have a HoO weapon, will it be better to try to obtain 4/4 (or at least 1/4) HoFin? My current situation in the fire team is that i have a very bad Ai-Chan, 0/4, and 4/4 HoTr and 4/4 Vill-V, and NO HoF. So i really think about saving for a Ai-Chan gear rerun and get 4/4 HoFin or stay with Vill-V and get the phys team at good shape. And i think about 4/4 HoO instead because i have no Lighting team whatsoever, no EoD on Eden, only two same Handel (B) and 2/4 Fischl (T and M stigmas I obtained through offrates, fortunately) Oh and my account is 180 days, so yeah, I'm a newbee, pls don't throw tomatoes, i know i had some bad decisions and sorry.
honestly it's up to you, the hoo weapon banner guarantee will never come back so it will be harder to 4/4 hoo every time after this patch, If u get hoo weapon in the first 10 or 20 then I'd recommend going for 4/4 (get 2 stigs then use selector box)(claim cards every 10 pulls and use them) but otherwise no dont 4/4. ur current fire dps and gears is very good so I don't agree when u say u need hofi, for ur lightning team u can use hotr as a support instead of either fischl or eden I recommend switching out fischl. If ur 180 days in don't worry too much about building every team meta etc u will get there with enough time juss chill out and have fun, its okay to make mistakes I started the game in 2018 and even I've made silly mistakes such as buying the wrong stig from BP, people who " throw tomatoes " are juss bored everyone makes mistakes so don't be afraid to do what u feel is right we only learn from making mistakes
10k is too low, just try get 4/4 HoO and skip HoFi for now, or basically 3/4 because you can get one HoO box containing stig from story mode She will have rerun next patch so until then, just save
Soo i will have like 22k crystals? + 10 focused cards + 10 expansion + i have 3 boxes with 5 focused or expansion, i really want whole trio. Im lucky and get HoTr 1/4 in 20 pulls XD and here comes my problem...what to do? defenitly pulling for eq mei bcs at 1st she is top 1 valkyrie for me next to durandal but i love that HoFi kiana so much. Its ok to go 4/4 HoO 1/4 HotR and HoFi without anything? i will defenitly pull for weapon HoFi in future and full set for Hotr but hard to decide right now (espacially when i know that HoTr will get rerun to in 6.4)
if u think u can cope just fine with turg TB hotr, then sure it's not like not having fullset 4/4 hotr is unusable, well as long u have her weapon, then she's fine I understand that some ppl likes the valk itself, waifu over meta so yes, go for it having 4/4 HoO is more than enough to cover ur img abyss content
I honestly don't care if I get her because her gameplay sounds feels complicated to me once I tried her out. I prefer hof over hofin tbh because hof is way comfier and easier to play. I will probably do a few pulls but not too much.
final conclusion : if you are not crazy rich bastard aka whale then don't go for both 😲 just buffs all your current main dps and go back to the boring ass dailybase activities lol
