Drama at Easter Road as Rangers progress to the Semi-finals, with Hibernian recieving two red cards in the second-half! #ScottishCup #Rangers #Hibernian
Why Michael Stewart is allowed anywhere near a commentary microphone for any Rangers game just beggars belief. He literally has a psychological meltdown when he sees Rangers take the lead.
Like how they've cut out some of Micheal Stewarts commentary in parts of this especially the penalty the man's embarrassing. He went on about it for about 5 minutes trying to justify his view that it wasn't a penalty.
I understand the reckless and lunging part but it’s not really two foot as his left leg is nowhere near the player - definitely a red but two footed shout doesn’t work
Noticed that the meltdown has only started since the officials have started to APPLY the rules of football. I suspect this is because MOST Scottish team's are shown up in Europe because they assume they can carry on hammer throwing as normal.
It’s a clear red card. Two footed challenge, off the ground, out of control, endangering an opponent. Well done referee. Hibs totally lost the plot against the best side in the country.
Obita blocks sterling from running, shooting and then collapses on top of him. Its a foul all over the pitch. Its a penalty. Michael Stewart cannot be professional when it comes to commentating on Rangers, he really should reflect on that and seek help.
Definitely 2 red cards 100% and a definite penalty hibs were just being like celtic, animals beat and trying to cause as much injury as possible to Rangers
have nothing but utter contempt for the hvns ; but who is the co-commentator questioning the second red card - two footed lunge ? not even near the ball ; am not even sure being near the ball with that challenge would of mitigated it though - possibly in 70s or 80s - and the penalty was as blatant as they come - 1 st sending off ; bit of an over reaction , but flailing arms in someones face these days - think it was twice also
"Scottish gas" is great sponsorship for michael stewart coz pure gas is aww that ever comes out his mouth. Someone give that man a copy of the rule book😂 clueless
@@exitthelemming145you think that late two footed lunge was soft?! That’s one of the worst tackles I’ve seen in a while lol. The second yellow was just as stupid, but that guys head had clearly already went as he tried pushing the physio and an injured McCausland off the park a few mins earlier😂 imagine thinking it’s okay to slap a player in the head with your off hand because he’s beaten for pace
It was a very ugly and dirty game, ugly referee, dirty Rangers, and if you watched the whole game you would have realised how outrageously the referee favoured Rangers. In the opening half the Rangers 5 gave Hibernian 10 Boyle a murderous foul, a foul that would have broken the neck of the average man, and the referee said nothing. You only saw Rangers get a penalty but not Rangers two handballs in the box and a clear foul in the box, three penalties that should have been awarded to Hibernian and none of them came. When you see that Rangers didn't get a yellow card for all the various minor manoeuvres throughout the game plus at least four yellow card moves, it's clear why the Hibernian players were out of control emotionally. Ugly Rangers colluded with the referee and they didn't deserve this win.
Poor refereeing once again. Sterling clearly checked his stride to get the Hibs player to collide with him. McLean drew out that red card quicker than Wyatt Earp. Lundstram was not even touched for the second sending off, but went down as if he was poleaxed and writhed around like a mortally injured snake.
Obviously mate, we have the refs in our back pocket remember 😁🇬🇧🇬🇧 I’ll make sure to buy the ref a beer for you next time I see him at the lodge🧡🤚🏻🧡🤚🏻🧡
Penalty: very soft, bordering on "looking for it" but no clear obvious error in giving it. 1st red: didn't see first booking, but that one was a booking so... 2nd red: think it's a booking on the replays shown here. Point of contact is top of foot, definitely reckless. However, is a lunge and right in front of the benches so can't really say a red is the "wrong" decision. I would say if teams kept their discipline against the ibrox team... They'd probably take things from games.
Scottish football is more corrupted than your average tory...🤣...if its not Celtic who get sent off its rangers opponents...🤣...Saludos desde España...
