Hidden Beam is a reinforced concrete beam which is provided within depth of slab. So the depth of hidden beam is same as slab depth. Separate Reinforcement should be provided to hidden beam other than slab including stirrups. This concept of hidden beam is originated from flat slab.

no procedure available for design hidden beam. its a practical concept.

Design the slab as slab with concentrated load. Its only effective for less than 2m for normal slab thicknesses

Can house be constructed using hidden beams only by connecting them to column to column. If small house say 15x47 columns to column hidden beams are sufficient right? No need to got for drop beam?, using 4 16 mm rod plus two 12 mm
