I haven’t seen the entire video but i wanted to see if you could point me in the direction of any videos you might have done that highlights incentives, tricks, and tips for cash buyers. Thank you.

I don’t have a ton in terms of cash buyers, but I can definitely talk you through it. At that point, you’re basically just asking them to remove incentives on the price and making sure all of your closing cost for title and things like that are covered. You can add a little bit more on top of those incentives off of the price if you are a full cash buyer.
