First, thank you so much for this video! It is so nice to have a comparison of different products from this brand and how to wear, especially from someone who seems to use them how I plan to use them, which is not every day, and not super styled. I did just want to add for anyone concerned about the short hair showing over the top in the back issue: According to this brand’s website and RU-vid, they seem to recommend fitting the halo higher than indicated in this video, and pulling less hair over the top. Obviously it will depend on the person, their head shape, their hair and what’s most comfortable. I’ve tried a friend’s 22 inch from Hidden Crown and found it super light and comfortable, even fitted to someone else, and I have a very sensitive scalp lol Hoping to purchase my own soon, and this video helped so much! :)
Dear Meg, after doing research, visiting stylists( who advised me incorrectly), watching videos, and being frustrated, your 20 min tutorial finally solved my halo dilemma: After placing my halo too high on my head instead of stationing it lower than my occipital, I had too little crown hair to cover it. Now i can wear my halo again! More hair to cover! you promised it would be a breeze - and it is! thank you for this help.
Just want to say yes, they never talk about the halo w short hair. Finally got clip ins too. Now making sure they should go where they need to. Thanks for the video 💕
Wow. You did a Amazing job with your tutorial. Keep up the good work. So proud that you had courage to make the video. And you are fun to watch that will give other confidence. Wishing you peace and happiness. J
So informative, thank-you. The longer styles look nice, but I think your shorter style suits your face the most, is the most flattering, and is a nice style. I guess that's why you've chosen that as your every day real hair length.
It's interesting that none actually tells you that the fishing wire cuts into your scalp after wearing it for few hours, in addition causes terrible headache.
Are you sure it’s fit properly to your head? I’ve never had this issue. If I wear it for like 8-10 hours it can feel heavy after a while but never a headache.
Oh my god yes, I think because the hair extension is too long and I don’t mean and Length I mean in width it sits in a weird spot n irritate your scalp
Now rhere ia the seamless clip ins... Online is showing only one large cip in. You have three but it doesn't say. I have real hair halo..but not from thi brand ...how do you get rid of the obvious plastic wire at the top? I can see mine..and I always feel like it's falling off. I'm just not used ro it.
Is it possible to wear these with short hair and bangs if there is enough of one's own hair to pull over the top? Years ago I used to wear something similar called a "fall" that was secured with bobby pins and tied at the nap of the neck in a pony tail. Should I attempt these with short hair? Also is there a tutorial on how to safely remove the clip in extensions. The halo 12 inch looks less damaging possibility to one's real hair. Are the products made of real hair? Thanks.
I have very thin and very short hair. I spent $700 on fused in extensions and because I didn’t do my research so now I’m stuck with so many tiny fused in extensions. They were put in less than 1 month ago and I’ve lost 6 and now I can see the knots ( where my hair has fused in extensions). So I bought some clip ins one with 3 clips and the other with 2 clips so can those clips be cut? So I can make the 3 clips that are on one track into 3 separate clips ?
You totally can. You can also buy the clips that you can see in if you need mini ones for thinner hair (I have thin hair) and got around the frame of your face!
Hi. How do you get the wire to fit your head? Also, how heavy is the halo/extensions? My hair is super super thin and just wondering if it would damage my bio hair.
I wash and condition them with sulfate free shampoo/condition and let them air dry 90% then throw a blow dryer on them. Basically what you would do to normal hair. I don't overuse hot tools on them (they hold a curl a really long time), but there's not much damage to them at all from a curling iron.
Hun… I have no idea about hair extensions… can I please ask you.. Doesnt the string from the halo come out? It doesn’t look secure to me.. I have wanted to have hair extensions but don’t know where to start.. the halo looks so easy.. just scared the string will break or slip off as I’m wearing it.. Also, are the extensions real hair hun or synthetic Thank you for your video I just came across it.
😂😂😂 I guess because all the reviews you see are people who are doing first impressions or haven’t used them for very long. Gotta leverage myself somehow lol
Most people look for body at the front because two reasons not much hair do to loosing hair ot hair is to fine. That's the reason I can't see this not being to helpful
