I cleared a scrub area in the garden in preparation for the landscaping work, and found my lost ladders.
The stonework repairs are completed, and the work on the retaining wall continues.

Any garden needs TLC everyday - my dad was always in his/family garden (that's where he loved to be) and I took his beautiful and fruitful garden for granted - it wasn't until he passed away that I fully understood the love/hard work and knowledge needed to make a garden beautiful and needless to say I didn't inherit his green fingers 😔 - keep at it Sean and look forward to the changes ❤

Looking really good both inside and out! Glad that the farmer has given you a few more days to get things done before he comes to take the detritis away... You will have so much more "livable" space that way. Bet Sam is really pleased as well.. How are the kitties in this hot weather? Have missed seeing them in the last several vlogs. Watching this, makes me want to get into my yard and work. It is too humid. the heat index is making it about 100 degrees F or 40 C. I took my dog out today and I could barely breath doing just a small amount of weeding. Hopefully this week it will cool down a bit before Fall actually arrives *probably in Late September to Mid October.

You need a goat or two. Since you can’t seem to keep up with the overgrowth they will eat all that crap leaving you with enough time for your other interests and you will always be able to see your ladder.🙄
