First registration deeds obtained by BCBC in 2017 and Newton Estates in 2019 were obtained by blatant lies, the rapid sale by Newton Estates to avoid traceability and the push by BCBC to CPO all access points and the illegality of the “OWNERS AGREEMENT “ should be enough to stop this crime in its tracks except for Westminster’s ability to change protection laws in their favour working against us.
