I recall around 2017 reading about this and the portals/gravity wells that were mapped out. Traveling through them was the next step, like a waterslide per se... I don't recall seeing that they did travel through one... that being said after trying to just find the work I previously read, it is gone. So clearly there is some information that has been redacted for whatever reason... national security etc...

@Sarah Brown I think that your a bit insane, and that what Trevor Hulette said was very feasible. Although, the being of magnetic tunnels (i.e. wormholes) in a web-like pattern throughout the universe is slightly less of theory. These tunnels would be linked to any mass bearing object, big or small. Corresponding with the theory that space is a blanket on which any mass bearing particles lay, and effect smaller particles around them; pulling them in. And the mass created is proportional to the momentum/motion of any particles effected. The gravitational forces between objects in space, create underlying forces of magnetic spiraling energy. These tunnels, if stable and strong enough, are viable forms of travel. That can effectively bring us distances, in periods of time, of which we can not currently achieve with our current ideas of propulsion.

It's more straightforward than that. It's a bunch of high energy particles going through the portal both ways. If you had a proton sail going through this portal, it may go as fast or faster than conventional rockets. And once it has taken its path, then it can slingshot to create a starship
