Only quacks who set up shops after basic MBBS and then getting some diploma courses would be doing such business. Nipun, good advice for a lot of people. I’m a nurse and finishing up my clinicals to practice as a nurse practitioner here in the U.S. and introducing myself because educational credentials and also I grew up most of my life with lots of bullying, so to some extent insecurity also grew along with me. I’m 34 now and had my lips filled recently. So remember that there are different types of fillers. If it’s predominantly HA based filler, it will dissolve naturally and takes few months/years because our body naturally produces HA. There are few people who probably doesn’t get injected very frequently due to it being expensive and let’s say if they filled every 2-3 years, normally that puffiness doesn’t happen. Also, it depends on who you are getting it filled by, a board certified practitioner is recommended. For example, I am aware of all the facial anatomy so if I’m filling someone, I would not use the whole syringe right off the bat. I would gauge and use caution. Anyways, lots of information on the web, so it’s always a personal choice when it comes to aesthetics and I advice people to be cautious and think it through. 😊
