Basically, repent of ALL your sins and give ALL of yourself to Jesus. Don’t say “Oh, well I gave this to you, Lord, so I’d like to keep this sin and this one as well.” Repent of ALL your sin and turn to your Father in Heaven. It’s like Cain who was reluctant to offer to the Lord versus Abel who gladly gave everything he had. Jesus is loving and gracious, yes, but the day will come when He will pour out His wrath on the unrighteous. He will welcome the repentant into His arms, yes, but He will cast the wicked and the rebellious into the Lake of Fire. Jesus wants every single one of His precious children to join Him eternally in Heaven and is waiting patiently for you to come back home. Jesus loves you more than you could possibly imagine. Don’t throw your chance at salvation and happiness away.

Fire and brimstone... elementary, don't sin. Tell people the ways to get help to deal with the sin. People get hyped up by these sermons but there really elementary. Wah so how can you have any assurance of heaven if it just comes down to behavior amd what's in your heart. So now I only to get to heaven by my works and my behavior. Not saved by grace through faith and believing in the son ,but by your own behaviors and obedience. So now jesus lies when he said your sins were forgivin and your made righteous before lord amd he will. Not forsake you. There using the old lawbof the old testament thatvwas fullfilled by jesus and takin away what jesus did. So why pray to Jesus if he's not my savior but I am. This is a false teaching - based on self righteousness and works. God doesn’t see our sin, transgressions or iniquities based on the sacrifice of Jesus for our sins. Grace through Faith alone are we saved not by ourselves. Sin has consequences and yes you should practice righteous behavior and ask God for a new heart but to believe you’re saving yourself means you’ve done away with Grace and Christ is nothing to you , the whole goodness of God is revealed in Christ for mankind and people don’t want to accept Christ for their sin, they still want to believe they need to help him. It’s a deception , a false teaching and not the gospel. The specific scripture he used is actually revealing the hardness of our hearts towards his request of loving and forgiveness and to be like a child again in our forgiveness. You don’t sin your way to hell because what amount of sins defeat the blood of Jesus or the merit of Grace and how can you be sure you’re more saved the day you believed Jesus died and rose again for you than if you lock yourself in a room and never leave it ? This teachings intention is from a good place but it’s completely false. Trust in Jesus alone for your sin and you’ll be saved.

Now we just have to figure out what hell really is. This guy definitely doesn’t know.

Grace isn’t deceitful, the enemy is. Becoming complacent by what Jesus has done on the cross by treating salvation as an insurance policy for us to do whatever we want isn’t because of grace, but is a lie from our flesh and/or the enemy. We should be reading our Bible and praying daily and allowing The Holy Spirit to change us to become more like Jesus every day. I’m not arguing with the pastor, just clarifying that grace itself isn’t deceitful. I don’t believe he meant it in that way based on the context of the video, but I just wanted to clarify. 🙂

Galatians 2:21: I do not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ died for nothing. We're saved the moment we believe in Christ alone (Ephesians 1:13-14). If one believes that living a 'righteous' life is what saves you, which is essentially what this teacher is saying, that is what will send one to hell, as one's full trust is not in Christ, but in oneself.

Anyone who disagrees with this teaching is holding on to their sin. Not willing to repent and turn away from rebellion! Disagreement also indicates ignorance to the powerful word of GOD that transforms us from death to life! I'm reading Hebrews 12 right now. Hebrews 12:5-10 5. I know what pastor is trying to say, but it’s not God’s grace that deceived us, but our flesh and our wicked hearts that deceived us. The Bible says the Lord’s kindness leads us to repentance and the grace of God does not deceive us. Grace is good. Our sinful flesh misinterprets it.

I'll be honest it's not easy to deal with sin. Only God can do the impossible. If you keep trying to stop on your own your gonna keep sinning. I remember telling myself that's it no more porn but a couple days later back to that. Until one day God touched me and no more. We keep pointing to ourselves but we can't. Only God can give us the strength to stop sinning and to live holy. Have a friend that wants to stop smoking but keeps failing I said don't try ask God to help you yes it's wrong to smoke. As The modern church we need to be reminded that this 3 letter word name SIN is what caused lucipher to fall from heaven and GOD will not tolerate it sml med or large. This is ALL truth! Backed up Scripture. We must be set apart. Jesus says come out of the world. Paul says work out your salvation with fear and trembling. Many carnal Christians who thought saved by grace alone saved them. Jesus says If you love Me, obey my commands. He says go and sin no more. Please my brethren read the Scriptures ror yourself. We must be sancrified daily and wring sins out. We all have sins that we must work on while on our walk.

I like his teachings but it lacks the grace of God. God took ALL His anger out on the body of Christ. Christ saved us from God's wrath. God is not angry with us. If he was going to punish us for missing the mark, why would He have sent His son to be our propitiation for sins??? Nobody is deceived by grace. Take it from me, _I_ deceived what grace meant for me. I thought grace was my license to sin, because in the past I thought “Oh but God, specifically Jesus got me covered. He died on the cross for ALL sin, I’m born of flesh so I’m designed to sin, I know God wants me to live in Godly Righteousness, but I know he knows I’m going to fall and essentially sin anyway, and He sent Jesus to die for all sins, so I’m good” But no, THIS is deception of grace. Grace is still valid, BUT it only works if you FEEL the weight of your wrongdoing and want to change and become disgusted by sin, Grace has you covered if your INTENTIONS are HONEST. If you use Grace as a license to sin, YOU ARE LIVING IN SIN. Sin should make you feel bad about the wrongdoing you almost committed or did commit, and that “bad feeling” should lead you to God for repentance, forgiveness, mental resilience, guidance, and discernment from the Holy Spirit. THAT is the deception of Grace, it is you using God’s Grace as an excuse to continue living in sin rather than feel convicted of your sins by the Holy Spirit and leads you to change.

We also can not acheive salvation through works alone. We are redeemed by the grace of God, Jesus gave forgiveness and Salvation to the man on the cross being crucified next to him, even though he lived his entire life in sin. The Bible is clear, the man cried out to Jesus, and was told, "on this day you shall be with me in paradise", that is the grace and love of God.

I have always had an issue with people shouting and applauding when the truth is being preached. Just sit, listen, get fed and work on yourself! Most of the time the ones shouting and screaming PREACHHH are the ones the preacher is talking about

I haven't been deceived by Grace I have been saved by Grace.

This repenting and being completely spotless isn't achievable. We will sin before we die... Whether it's a thought, gossip, doubting, lack of forgiveness, etc. We can't repent for every single sin either. The Lord doesn't expect perfection.
