Yes!1! And not one talking about bees! (Legit there's a cache and my area and the clue is "Not near the bees", well that helps)

If you use an Android phone for geocaching, do this: 1. Open the Google Maps app . 2. Touch and hold an area of the map that isn't labeled. You'll see a red pin appear. 3. You'll see the coordinates in the search box at the top. If you use an iPhone: 1. Make sure that Location Services is ON. Navigate to Settings -> Location Services -> ON 2. In the list of apps under Location Services, make sure Compass is ON 3. Press the Home button to exit Settings 4. Open the Compass app Your current GPS coordinates are displayed at the bottom of the screen. Hope this helps!

Great advice. When I cache with my son, I always teach him to clean up some litter we find on site, and to respect the area we're in. I think it's a great hobby for people to learn more about the heritage, culture and ecology of the places they're caching in, and help maintain historical sites while they're there.

In really small ones, log books are often just a few scrolls of paper.

There's a website called TechBlazer from which you can print free logsheets of several different sizes, one of which is small enough to fit in a nano-sized cache like the fake bolt one. Try it!

No, it just gives you some experience so that you can hide it in a style that you like. If you play it safe and hide it in a way that is similar to what you've seen before, you should be just fine.

It's always like that, the red circle is the boundaries they stated so the cache's are spread out

Cache owners automatically get emails whenever someone logs their caches. Keep an eye on those and see if anyone points out a problem with the cache. If they do, go and check the cache. Otherwise, you can check it whenever you want to. Some people just rely on find logs, others will check their caches once in a while just to be safe.

There is a selection when you go to log a cache that is "maintenance required".

+ThatOneGamerGuy the nano and micros usually has a small strip of paper tightly rolled up. The nano logs are about .5 inches wide. and the micro are about 1.25 inches. The sizes may very depending how small your container is.

I have seen in my area someone cut the tops off two soda bottles and glued them together to form a small capsule about 2 inches in size, glue one cap shut and glue a strong magnet on it. This keeps the elements out and allows you to stick it to metal objects.
