I'm a little unclear...will this decrease overall volume of gear coming from HO crafting? Territory + hideout remains the same volume, but hideout w/o territory will have reduced output?
exactly i think. so no change to a guild that owns a territory and a hideout in the zone but a big change to the guild owning a hideout with no terry. so they wont be able to get crafting hideouts there as easily

I have a crafting alt in royal with T8 laborers with decent stats in 4 weap groups and like 8 armor groups. Debating a move to breic/HO/stay put
Wait, the patch notes only mention changes to energy. Where was it mentioned changes to return rate in HO? Or is the whole video under the assumption that guilds wont be able to keep their HO power/level up?
not assumption. there isnt enough power cores spawning to be able to hold the current hideout in the games. meaing less high power hideouts will be available
