The best part about hiding food is when you forget about it and find it two weeks later. It's like a reward for hiding food.

This video proves that Nat should do a movie. Seriously. 90 minutes of Nat writing, directing, and playing all the parts of a weird movie. I would be SO happy to see that.

You were talking about Battlestar Galactica, and making funny sounds and winking at the camera. Your self deprecating humor was so smart, honest, and refreshing. I immediately subscribed and then watched all of your previous videos. And for years, every week you would bring a little light into my life. And then one day, the videos stopped. They had stopped before, but they always came back, so I waited, and I kept on waiting, but you never came back. Then I learned you were dealing with some personal issues, and I respect that. You have to take care of you. So even if you never come back, just know that when I saw this video today, it reminded me of how much joy you brought to my life. Thanks for everything. Nat's videos always make me laugh, every single one of them. Natalie is basically one of the few best youtubers out there.

I have just found out about your videos and I *love* them! I set all kinds of traps for myself with food. The current favourite is to put candy in a very tight jar at the back of the highest shelf in the kitchen, so I have to climb and twist. Sometimes, I end up just standing on my chair,eating. I'm happy I don't have flatmates.

Ha Ha I do this, but it isn't a matter of it just suddenly the bag being empty, but rather the unsettling fact that the bag is back in my hand at all, and I don't even remember getting it back from its spot (in drawer or bag somewhere). A Snack Demon exorcist is needed to overcome this!

I'm rewatching old videos because there haven't been any new ones in literal years... anyway, I've gotten to the point where my method of dealing with eating All The Food is to strictly limit what I buy. I buy all my snacks at the beginning of the month and then NO MORE. If I eat it all, then it's gone until next month. It's the only thing that helps me eat less junk... otherwise I'm every bit as bad as Nat in this video. (Seriously, when I was a teenager my parents used to hide their food from me, and I would find it every time, no matter how well it was hidden.)

I also put food away from reach, but I make it so I need to "work" for every bite: I put far enough so I need really over stretch or have to get up for like a foot or two and I put the bag/box/whatever back after every 2-3 chips/single cookie/etc. I found that That works for me. I eventually look at that bag waaaay over there (it seems farther away every times) and I just go meh. But you have to keep putting it out of reach.
