I think I like the idea of a metal basin. Hopefully it lasts longer. I did notice it was an expensive unit. Your link converts to amazon CA (I'm in Canada) and it costs $276.58 CAD! I look forward to an update. Oh I wish I could do an outside garden. I live in a small apartment and face north where I get no sunshine.

How often are you supposed to add the plant food? And what quantity do you add?
