I visited it in July 23 from England And it is worth staying at least two nights a good idea to go as soon as it is open's and before it gets too busy definitely need sunglasses on the travertine. The Roman city is amazing the condition and height of the structures you see all the statues and recognise them from what you have heard and seen. a very special place
