I like my 955s digital meter. I wish it put out the power this thing is slangin out though.

955s can do 130 to 150 pep with upgraded finals depending on which meter I'm using to test the power.

@@MarcelSarault yeah but it wouldn't sound as good as other mics.

Most customers preference is to set them internally bc it's set perfect and they don't have to worry with it being off. Listening on talkback is not the same as over the air audio so it will only get you close on the echo usually way over the top before its hardy audible in the talkback.

I can pop the new echo control straight out the face for no extra charge on the 497s.

Get a plug in frequency counter that plugs directly into the back of the radio then you always know what frequency your on
