In this video, I had the opportunity to check out my friend's 2009 Chevy Kodiak C5500 4x4. This thing is as outrageous as it looks! There is something about huge trucks that takes everyone back to their Tonka years. This truck is impossible to miss and rare to find on the street.

There are some around here with more of a flat bed style box that equipment operators use. They pull skid loaders, mini excavators or similar with them. This one is cool because they swapped the dual rears out for super singles and it has a silverado dually box on it. Weird setup but the thing is super cool. It actually has two hitch receivers on it so who knows where that idea all came from. But its big and its cool. Would be amazing for towing the boat yes. It is tall enough that I could use the center rear view mirror probably and look over the top of the boat haha. No chance at seeing an empty boat trailer at the dock though! haha

I used to have a 2009 Chevy c4500 4x4 lifted 12ft flatbed with 68k miles but California told us 2019 was the last year to register legally due to the emissions crap. so sadly we had to lower the price from $100,000 down to $24,000 . We sold it in Feb 2020 during the start of the Pandemic. It went to Arizona and sold after for about $75,000. I hate buyers that low ball and beg and beg and cry for a lower price and then they turn around and flip it. what a joke. Beautiful trucks these are.

Its true. Now would be a nice time to ditch that poop Eaton and get some serious power under there! It will have its day. Just had my third kid in August so I'm still adjusting to being outnumbered haha.
