Salam brother.. I'm in Canada it looks like the second lift of asphalt must be 4" or 5inches around 125mm,, Do you know the reason they are going so heavy in thickness ? High rate road surface ware as in cracking and potholes etc issues ?? Thank you, we here in Canada are experiencing High ware&tare rates of materials breaking down faster To seem as if it's weather related etc.

Armstrong EB Tracker, Earth Being's Channel. This is in Indonesia very close to the equator. Therefore no cold weather at all. In Canada you get freezing weather for many months thats where you problem comes from.

When water freezes it expands that’s what causes you problems. I noticed a lot of USA roads are concrete and new highways or reworked highways are built a lot better nowadays.

@@peternewman958 I understand your common way of easy answer. My approach was to go past that coxblock mentality. Realize in many cases for most I show were road bed compaction etc is not the issue you point out. Good luck as it's tough for most to get where I talk to on the subject of we humans are not alone.
