Well I put some rules I purposed for the Drug Tests in my comments. It's important to do test on site, no longer than 60 minutes before start of debate. Test should be witnessed by 3 MDs one Reb,1 Demo, 1 Ind. Results should be announced at END of the debate (thats why do before start) Additionally for Kamala 3 Police Officers shall smell her breath for alcohol
