In this session Sonny and I both performed the same squat variations. We started with high bar paused squats and then moved onto one and a quarter high bar squats for our backdown work.
Sonny is an Olympic level weightlifter and I’m a powerlifter, so usually when we train together our sessions are very different, so it was fun to be able to work on the same thing together.
I weigh 115kg and Sonny weighs 95kg kg, so it’s expected that i can lift more, but when you take bodyweight in consideration we are very even.
