High budget vs lower budget R34 GTR Pros and Cons

In this video I compare a 2002 Nissan Skyline R34 GTR Vspec2 in bayside blue to a 1999 Nissan Skyline R34 GTR base grade. The Vspec2 has an extremely higher price point versus the silver base grade that was on the lower end of the GTR scale. Is it worth the potential issues to save money in the long run? Both of these cars are fairly stock. Both have seen snow. Both have signs of rust in different ways. I explain some differences between the Vspec2 and base grade.
