Delhi High Court will give its verdict on the bail case of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal today at 2-30 pm. The ED, which is probing the money laundering case related to the Delhi liquor scam, had approached the Delhi High Court challenging the decision of the Rouse Avenue Court, where the High Court had put an interim stay on Kejriwal's bail. Let us tell you that Rouse Avenue Court had granted bail to Kejriwal on June 20.
दिल्ली के सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल की जमानत मामले पर दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट आज दोपहर 2-30 बजे अपना फैसला सुनाएगा। दिल्ली शराब घोटाले से जुड़े मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले की जांच कर रही ईडी ने राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट के फैसले को चुनौती देते हुए दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट का रुख किया था, जहां हाईकोर्ट ने केजरीवाल की जमानत पर अंतरिम रोक लगा दी थी। बता दें कि राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने 20 जून को केजरीवाल को जमानत दे दी थी। उसके बाद केजरीवाल ने हाईकोर्ट के फैसले को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चुनौती दी है, जिसपर सुप्रीम कोर्ट 26 जून को सुनवाई करेगी।
