There was two 'suspended' or 'fired' employee/witnesses who went to the s194 Committee to testify under the disguise of a 'Protected Disclosure', it was put to them that they are no longer in the employ of the Office of the PPSA as per the decisions taken by the CCMA and Magistrate Court respectively. The witnesses indicated that they were still employees pending the outcome of their appeals of the judgement. The Silk still emphasized that they were 'fired' and now that they just disgruntled ex employees with an to axe grind with Adv Mkhwebane hence now they claim to be a whistle-blowers instead they should be called whistle inhalers. Especially the one convicted for common assault, as it stand, criminal record still valid, whether the appeal is pending or not. And currently he's not reporting for work because of the decision. So if the Pres after 'studying the judgement' and then he decides to appeal this WCHC judgement, doesn't that render the Adv Mkhwebane still suspended pending the decision (majority judgement) of the CC? Potato potata. 🤷🏾‍♂️

I find it very hard to understand. The PP never bought any successful cases nor won any. She only takes cases that are brought forward by EFF and ANC's Zuma's friends. The Phalaphala allegations were bought to light just at the exact moment Mkhwebane was suspended. After given numerous reasons why she should nt be suspended. The PPs office has spent R145m in losing cases. Even her very own office is not looking forward to have her back. I don't understand if this PP is for SAns or some ANC politics and EFF who controls which investigations she should conduct. Because the very same people controlling her are the same people who are hiding some corruption that they were implicated in. I find her incompetent and biased. I would not hold my breath if I was her! She must not count her eggs before they hatch!!
