“The song 'Palm Reader' was completely created in the studio when Phil started playing the drum beat as a joke. We were all laughing until Rusty ripped the intro guitar riff. Within an hour we had the music completely written. In fact, what you’re hearing on the record is what we created in real time. No overdubs were necessary since we captured the “live feel” we felt it needed, and all of us love how uptempo the song is and how much it grooves.
