High Dynamic Cutting on FEHLMANN PICOMAX 95 with Automation Erowa Robot Compact 80 

This video shows trochoidal milling (high dynamic cutting) of a steel mechanical component. The workpiece, clamped to a UPC Pallet (320x320mm), is loaded directly onto the machine table by the side-mounted EROWA ROBOT COMPACT 80.
The automation can serve both machines simultaneously.
At the beginning of the video one can see a gripper exchange where the robot switches the ITS 148 gripper (for pallets with diameter 148mm) for a UPC pallet (320x320mm). This system is controlled by the MCM host computer system, which was developed by Fehlmann.
