the addition of tiamat onto my ult combo makes it hurt that much more, but by that point i like to be ready to be dealing with lots of armor. if im ahead and nobody is stacking armor, i will take hydra before lw for the extra damage and lifesteal

Zed is seriously broken.. But that doesn't mean you aren't incredibly skilled, luckily there's not many people who can play Zed this well. Awesome montage, would watch again!

It's about which item to get first, against a counter that you can't burst such as many matchups in top lane, some would go Brutalizer into Hydra.

his r shadow will be placed where he ults from instead of behind his target, so a lot of the tricks he can do will change quite soon

i focused on one thing at a time, like aiming two qs at once, or keeping track of shadows i used for harass or gap closing and how to get the best use of them, or (until the change) knowing where your r shadow would be spawned if you practise all these things one at a time, they just come together in the end :)

hydra gives zed such an incredible lategame :) the amount of aoe he can put out in a teamfight is just crazy, and after a while it gives him better single target burst than botrk would. i still get flamed for building hydra though, its just another perk of the build :3

It's good if you plan on splitpushing a lot. Most people just get BotRK on zed. Both items are fairly similar in terms of damage, but BotRK gives you some chasing/kiting power, whereas Hydra adds a bit more scaling on your spells.

of course :) it will be annoying having to unlearn some of these tricks but zed will still be a strong pick im sure
