Zeos, any chance for more expensive headphones like these, you could compare them to the best regarded cheaper headphones? (like fidelio X2HR's or whatever's on your wall). That way it would inform ppl who already own good cheaper cans whether the serious dollar uptick for an upgrade is worth it or not?
I think they lack a little bit on midbass and are slightly on the bright side of sound. Not the biggest soundstage. Very good holographic sound, clarity and separation.
Looks like an additional 5% coupon today on Amazon which is already $450. Easily worth it for ~425. They are very good and generally neutral sounding without any real deficiencies.
The only thing I don't like is the bubbles on the headband if it was just a strap with no bubbles I could see this being a go-to for me as well for long-term
Good evening. Thanks for the review. I understand that the designs are different. Tell me, will Svga SV023 be much better than Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro?
Ok so Im annoyed now, just bought Sundara and I like them wish they would have bit more bass/subbass. I was thinking about gettin Edition XS for AB and now these and Verum 1 cought my attention. Please help if anyone had them all to play around.
Yep, first thing that came to mind: "hey those are Klipsch headphones." More than a love child, more like a sibling: everything except the headband and pads seem to be 100% Klipsch.
He would probably encourage you to buy the something from koss. KPH-30i or the newer model which I can't remember the name of. If this, that would be his advice as a value proposition choice.
I have these and love their clean sound. Zeos, I have a line on a set of ZMF Aeolus. Descriptions of them both make their sound sigs seem similar. Would Aeolus be a worthy upgrade to this or do they simply not compare, sound-wise?
Took the plunge and now own LCD 2 classic, does all the above and more. Only find when it gets hot or you just want minimalist a companion set of IEM's or buds that will work and not disappoint is what I am looking for now.
These have beryllium coated drivers. Not beryllium drivers… Z is not the only reviewer glossing over this with headphones. But it makes a big difference. The second it is beryllium people stop asking what is coated with beryllium… it seems like a fad to coat drivers with beryllium.
I don't own the sv023 but I do own the XS and some dynamic focal at around the same price. I assume the sv023 is vocal and mids forward with some bass warmth. The xs is more neutral and clearer with planar aspects with a bit more low treble.
I am fascinated by the anime waifus used on the vertical monitor in your BadSeed Tech collab video, anywhere where I can find those exact images? thanks
500$ lol Yeah no dog, I’m done with the BS overhyped chinese crap with garbage QA and no warranty. Come one it's more expensive than freaking BeyerDynamic DT1990... makes no sense.
You can get new/B-stock/open box DT 1990 Pros for around 400€ these days and since the1990s can do everything WELL (any music genre, gaming, monitoring), I reckon, that this would be the of the shelf (Argons are not of the shelf^^) pair of cans to beat around the 500€ mark. Plus with Beyer you can rely on getting easy service, if the need for service should arise - unlike all this chifi amazon BS. name a bad Sivga product: Sivga Phoenix. Hyped as fuck(to a level, where reviewers hyping this headphone are outing themself as being "on some sort of payroll"" imo), offer nothing special, have no soundstage, do this ugly trick with the highs, where it seems like they deliver detail and are utterly overprized. For 100-150? maybe, but not for 270 friggin Euros. And the tuning of the Robins is just all over the place and a complete mess. Both these Headphones sound good with some tracks and utterly crap with others. That is not what i would consider the "indicator for a good audio product most people only have one of"
@@ArcadiaAdamBae Yeah, I know. Personally, if I have a choice, I don't buy Chinese products. Headphones and headphones have non-Chinese options. If I could buy a non-Chinese-made phone, I would. I think you need a hug.
I mean there's no shortage of reviews for products on RU-vid that are super short. I actually prefer longer videos bc sometimes I'll have him on in the background while I'm doing stuff.
