Wow! The home is not only beautiful but affordable! I would consider a pool!! 😊 So good to see that you are giving your travel guests an opportunity to receive a well rounded experience! Sites, restaurants, housing and other amenities that Zambia and Zimbabwe has to offer! Perfect! Can’t wait to see what’s next!❤
Lovely! That is my kind of place where I can live. They just need to construct footpaths or walkways everywhere. Good king Nomad for letting us know how the weather is there
I am from Zimbabwe. Yes, indeed. A lot of this is colonial legacy. They have bike lanes and footpaths on their roads in Europe but made no room for black people. Unfortunately, our road and construction engineers need to rethink this and make the roads pedestrian and biker friendly. We are getting there. I was in Lusaka two years ago , they have made tremendous progress over the years.
@@muchit3629Thanks for your insightful comment. I’ve been thinking that it’s because we have unqualified workers in our councils. I remember we used to have nature strips & good footpaths in Ndola, Zambia in the 1980s but now I rarely see wider nature strips & footpaths in new suburbs in Zambia. All I see is the no see through brick walls close to roads or streets with no room for pedestrian footpaths. Little wonder we have many pedestrians being killed in residential areas. Hope our city council planners everywhere in Africa will be thinking of the safety of pedestrians
@@kingslj All boils down to exposure and innovative thinking. Our leaders always go for summits overseas and see how things are but the issue is in my opinion most of our African elites are selfish, they think pedestrian pathways , bike lanes etc are for the poor so they do not think of that as they always drive. Nevermind walking is a significant factor in better health outcomes as more people have jobs that make them sedentary. Good luck to our continent for better decision making.
So so good to see you guys back in the mother land. I watched you in the US but for whatever reason it doesn't feel the same. Love the weather report. Keep up the great work.
Hi guys I did miss you, I m happy you are back in my country but you left your daughter is not good is better when you are 3 together. I just hope she's fine bless you all
I tried to warn you not to come this time. We were hit hard by drought and there is horrible electricity loadsheding because 90 % of our power sources is hydro. And the musi o tunya falls is dry and everywhere is dry.
Hello family In Zambia building a house is cheaper and although taxing , you have to be there . I think if possible get or find a house almost done , those are much cheaper and you can twik it a bit .
