Contrary to a majority of thrift and haul or shop and haul you do not try to look like everyone else who shows the same vase, print from Etsy or coffee table book, you personalize your items in a way that is you and not a copycat. Think about a career in staging or classes on how to repurpose thrifted items, you have the skill for it. You also do not waste time exclaiming about how pretty a piece is and just get on with recycling and styling of the item. I have watched all your videos and enjoy them all.

I wash the down pillow inserts I get at the thrift store in hot water and dry them in my dryer. Works great!

lol. I came to here to say this. Dry in the dryer with tennis balls to insure even drying. With feather inserts use a zipper pillow case to prevent feather from escaping during wash & dry

I just spray fully with Lysol and leave in the garage to dry out for a couple of days.

I LOVE what you do and your vision! A tip for thrifting baskets... throw them in the shower and simply wash them off. I once did silent auctions for charity and used a lot of thrifted baskets! actually, a LOT of thrifted 'stuff'! Please keep doing your high end dupes!!

I love the tiered plate idea. I have the same tiered stand but never thought of using those plates. What a great and simple way to modernize it. Great find on the blanket too.

I think a nice soft feature for the black spray painted bowl with the marble eggs would be a cream linen napkin ( or a black and white buffalo plaid one )

I like your little martini table; it's perfect when you need a table to place a drink on but don't have much space. Just an FYI, I have washed and dried pillow inserts and they come out fine. Happy St. Patrick's day ☘

I find fantastic original signed artwork at thrift stores some worthy many hundreds ad my favorite art piece worthy many thousands I paid $25 for this amazing large framed painting. I have shopped the Hartville thrifts and flea market and Restore when visiting from Virginia Love what you are doing

OMG, is the fabric shaver the best thing ever or what? It has saved me so many sweaters, sweatpants, all kinds of things, & it's so satisfying to watch those pesky little balls disappear until the item looks new again! Great dupe on the little martini table! I love the marble chessboard, but I'm a worrywart & I'd worry that someone who didn't know the handles were jusr decorative would pick it up & smash their foot. But it looks awesome!

With the marble eggs, a few ideas: Shredded tan kraft paper- like you would put in a gift bag, or a beige linen napkin or small hand towel, or a small egg holder made of brown cardboard.

Can you share more on how you wash your blankets or ANYTHING you get from the thrift store. Even how you disinfect your baskets. Any helpful tips like detergent, etc.
