The 25W pallet has been designed for applications requiring low supply voltage (10-15V) and very high gain. It can produce full output power from just a few milliwatts of drive power, a small VCO is already sufficient.
There are 2 versions: 1: with LPF and 2: Without LPF
Using the version with LPF will save you a lot of space.
